QA NotesQA Notes is a free study notebook. This page explains what we store and why.
What we store
Your name, email and (if you use Google sign-in) your profile picture. The categories, questions, answers, notes, images and badges you create. Tests you create and the answers people submit to them. Files you choose to share, for the time you select only.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you: to show your notes, run tests, and send emails you ask for (like a password reset). We do not sell your data and we do not show your notes to anyone else.
Tests
When you take someone's test, your name, email, answers and score are shared with the person who created the test.
Shared files
Files shared with a temporary link are deleted from our server automatically after the link expires (within 24 hours at most).
Google sign-in
We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not get access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Deleting your data
You can delete any note, test or file at any time. To delete your whole account, contact us through the suggestion form.
